This is a good reason why a 3 year old needs supervision in the bathroom.

the very reason why I ALWAYS go up with him. I still believe that a small toy went down my toilet the one time he went up to use the bathroom without me.. RoterRooter to the rescue.
Never ever leave a kid in the bathroom unsupervised! They do terrible terrible things! ha ha!
